S/ash offers functional, flexible spaces for makers, builders and artists who need room to create. Located in the heart of Byron, our warehouse studios are spacious, practical and ready to move into.
We have a limited number of private workshop spaces available in 3m x 3m, 6m x 3m and 6m x 6m layouts. Each space is lockable, customisable and built for you to shape around your brand, workflow, purpose and creative expression. Short or long-term options available.

Current tenants include vintage curators, kids entertainment creatives, artists and well-known local brands. The vibe is only building. You’ll also have the option to run exhibitions, open studios and workshops with full support from the S/ash team.
